    The Whittemore Room holds up to 250 guests. The Garden Room accommodates up to 85 for seated dinners and 150 for cocktail receptions. The Tuscan Room also fits up to 85 for dinners or 150 for cocktail-style events.

  • Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies?

    Yes. Our culinary team can accommodate a wide range of dietary needs and food allergies. Please discuss any specific requirements during your planning process so we can ensure all guests are considered.

  • What is included in the standard wedding package?

    Our typical package includes a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres, a three-course dinner, champagne toast, cake cutting, menu tasting for up to four guests, white or ivory linens, ceremony setup, rehearsal time, and use of the bridal suite.

  • Can we visit the venue before booking?

    Yes, we offer tours of The Whittemore by appointment. Please contact us to schedule a time that works for you.

  • Is there space for the wedding party to get ready on-site?

    Yes, we offer a dedicated Bridal Suite with private amenities and space for preparation starting four hours before the ceremony.

  • What are the bar service options?

    We offer open bar, cash bar, and consumption-based options. These can be customized to suit your preferences and budget.

  • Are tables, chairs, and linens provided?

    Yes. We provide standard tables, cushioned white outdoor ceremony chairs, white or ivory linens, and a selection of colored napkins. High-top and low-top tables for cocktail hour are also included.

  • Is there a backup plan for outdoor ceremonies in case of bad weather?

    Yes, we have indoor alternatives available should weather conditions prevent outdoor use. We’ll work with you on contingency planning.

  • Are outside vendors allowed?

    Yes, but we also offer vendor referrals to help simplify planning. All outside vendors must be approved in advance.

  • Do you host more than one event at a time?

    We typically focus on one wedding at a time to ensure personalized service, but it’s best to confirm your date’s availability and schedule with our events team.

  • How far in advance should we book our wedding at The Whittemore?

    We recommend booking 12–18 months in advance to secure your preferred date, especially for peak wedding season (spring through early fall). However, we’re happy to accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows.

  • What is the pricing for weddings and private events?

    Our wedding packages vary depending on the room, guest count, and dining style. 


    Pricing is always custom and priced per guest, with a variety of plated, buffet, and cocktail-style reception options. Custom packages and premium add-ons are also available.

  • Do you offer all-inclusive wedding packages?

    Yes. Our packages include venue access, catering by Vyne Restaurant & Bar, bar service options, staffing, linens, a bridal suite, and more. 


    We also offer full weekend experiences across our sister properties: Brewbury and Tranquillity Vineyard.

  • Is there a wedding coordinator or day-of manager included?

    Yes, every wedding includes dedicated event staff, including a lead event manager to help oversee the timeline, vendors, and flow of the day.

  • What kind of menu options do you offer?

    Menus are crafted by Vyne Restaurant & Bar and include plated dinners, buffets, and cocktail receptions. 


    Our chefs blend American cuisine with Mediterranean flair using fresh, local ingredients. Menu tastings are included with most wedding packages.

  • Can we have our ceremony and reception in the same location?

    Absolutely. Many couples host both their ceremony and reception at The Whittemore. Outdoor ceremonies typically take place on our scenic grounds, with indoor options available as backup in case of inclement weather.

  • Is parking available on-site for guests and vendors?

    Yes, we offer ample complimentary parking for guests and vendors on the property.

  • Do you offer virtual tours or online consultations?

    Yes, we offer virtual tours and phone consultations for out-of-town couples or early-stage planning.
